Deposit Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a snake from us. In order to reserve a snake, we require a non-refundable deposit. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below:
- The non-refundable deposit amount is 25% of the total price of the snake.
- Deposits are only accepted for snakes that are currently available for purchase.
- Deposits must be made through a secure payment method, such as PayPal or Zelle.
- The remaining balance of the snake must be paid in full within one (1) week of the shipping date of your snake.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within one (1) week will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the snake will be made available for purchase again.
- Deposits are transferable to other snakes if you choose a different one BEFORE shipment.
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless the snake is found to be deceased or otherwise not available for purchase.
- If the snake is found to be deceased or otherwise not available for purchase, the customer will receive a full refund of their deposit.
- By submitting a deposit, the customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined above.
