Once you have placed an order, we will personally reach out to you to arrange a shipping date that aligns with your preferences. It is essential to select a date when someone will be available to pickup at your local FedEx hub!

Please be aware that our shipping services are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with arrivals scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays. Through experience, we have determined that these days offer optimum conditions for a seamless shipping experience.

Now, let's discuss the critical factor of time upon the arrival of your animal. It is imperative that you promptly collect your animal within the first hour after arrival at the Hub. Time truly plays a crucial role, and we cannot emphasize enough the importance of swift action. There are no exceptions or delays allowed in this process. Your commitment to promptly retrieving your animal is vital to ensure its well-being.

In the unfortunate event of any issues arising with the arrival of your animal, we require you to contact us immediately with all the pertinent details (within 1 hour). Please provide us with comprehensive information, including pictures and a detailed account of what transpired. This will enable us to fully grasp the situation and address it promptly and effectively.

However, it is important to note that Soul Serpents does not cover veterinary bills. As the owner of the animal, you are responsible for any veterinary expenses that may be incurred.
