Payment Methods:
At Soul Serpents, we accept a wide range of payment methods to provide you with convenience. You can make your purchase using credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

Payment Plans:
We understand that everyone's circumstances are different, which is why we offer payment plans tailored to individual cases. If you're interested in a payment plan, please reach out to us to discuss the details. In general, our payment plans start with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The duration of the plan, ranging from 30 to 60 days, depends on the value of the animal.

Sales Policy:
At Soul Serpents, all sales are final. We want to ensure that both parties are committed when a sale is made. Therefore, please carefully consider your decision before making a purchase. Keep in mind that once you have made a deposit or payment, it is non-refundable. Failure to complete the agreed-upon payment plan within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your hold on the animal(s) and any money already paid.

Shipping:
To provide you with the best experience, we strive to ship your purchased animals in a safe and timely manner. Shipping is generally done on Monday through Wednesday, taking into account weather conditions. We use FedEx to provide overnight shipping directly to your nearest FedEx Ship Center. You can pick up your animal(s) from there. 

Failure to obtain the animal(s) within 1 hours of hub delivery will void our live arrival and health guarantee (see below).

Health Guarantee:
The health and well-being of our animals are of utmost importance to us. We proudly offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the health of your animal(s), please report any illness or death within 1 hour of receiving them. This allows us to promptly assist you and evaluate the situation for a full refund or replacement, as applicable.

Animal Support:
We are dedicated to the success and happiness of our animals throughout their lives. Should you need guidance or encounter any difficulties related to the care and well-being of your animal(s), please don't hesitate to contact the Soul Serpents team. We are here to provide troubleshooting assistance and valuable advice to ensure your animal's long-term health and happiness.

Genetics Guarantee:
Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can only guarantee incomplete dominant mutations if they have been explicitly proven through breeding or shed testing. We understand the significance of this guarantee and will ensure that it is accurately reflected in the descriptions and information provided for each animal.

Sex Guarantee:
At Soul Serpents, we take great care in ensuring the accuracy of our animal's sex. We double-check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to minimize the risk of error. However, in the unlikely event that you notice any discrepancies between the listed sex and the received animal, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the animal. We will promptly work towards a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
