After you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a shipping date that works best for you and ensure someone will be available to sign for the package at the designated delivery address. We only ship to FedEx Hubs for the safety of your animal. 

Please note that our shipping is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with deliveries available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

It is imperative that you promptly retrieve your animal within the first hour of its arrival. We kindly request that you do not delay or procrastinate. Time is of the essence in ensuring the well-being of your new animal.

In the unfortunate event that any issues arise with your animal, we require immediate notification from your end. We request that you provide us with detailed information and visual documentation, such as photographs, to give us a comprehensive understanding of the situation.

In light of this, we would like to stress a critical aspect of our policy: we do not cover any veterinary expenses. It is your responsibility to bear all related costs.
